  1. Currently, we only offer delivery within South Africa. However we can make arrangements please send us an email. 

2. Delivery Timeframes:

For orders, please allow up to 14 business working days for processing and delivery. 

3. Delivery Charges:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within South Africa otherwise please contact info@abantuinafrica.com.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's status using the provided tracking number on our website.

5. Delivery Methods:

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

6. Delivery Address:

Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect address information.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts:

In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will usually make multiple attempts before returning the package to us. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package during the expected delivery time.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in unused and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping:

   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

 - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

 - If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of exchanging the item

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

 - In case you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately Within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
