Care & Maintenance
Vacuum regularly using low suction. For small marks, gently spot-clean with cool water, mild detergent and a soft cloth. Do not soak, scrub, wring or machine-wash.
Minor shedding is natural. Carefully trim loose fibres—do not pull them.
The wooden elements have a moisture-resistant protective coating but should not be soaked or left in standing water. Lay the rug flat and allow it to air-dry completely.

General Care
Vacuum regularly using a low-suction setting, or use a lint roller to remove dust, hair and loose surface fibres.
Gentle Hand-Washing
Lay the rug flat. Gently clean the tufted surface by hand using cool water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Work in sections, using only enough water to clean the surface.
Do not submerge, soak or leave the rug standing in water. Avoid vigorous scrubbing, wringing or twisting, as excessive water and agitation may affect the wool fibres, backing and adhesive.
Natural Fibres
Minor shedding is a natural characteristic of wool. Do not pull protruding fibres; carefully trim them level with the surrounding pile.
Wooden Elements
The wooden elements are treated with a protective, moisture-resistant coating. They may be gently wiped during cleaning but should not be soaked or left in standing water.
Drying
Gently blot excess moisture with a clean towel. Lay the rug flat and allow it to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble-dry or apply direct heat.
