CARE & MAINTENANCE
Our tufted rugs are crafted from a wool-nylon blend and finished with moisture-protected wooden elements.
General Care
Vacuum regularly on low suction or use a lint roller to remove dust, hair and surface fibres.
Gentle Hand Washing
Lay the rug flat and clean the tufted surface by hand using cool water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Work gently in sections and use only enough water to clean the surface.
Do not submerge, soak or leave the rug sitting in water. Avoid vigorous scrubbing, wringing or twisting, as excessive water and agitation may affect the wool fibres, backing and internal adhesive.
Natural Fibres
Minor shedding is natural. Do not pull protruding fibres; carefully trim them level with the surrounding pile.
Wooden Element
The wooden element has been treated with a protective coating for moisture resistance. It may be gently wiped during cleaning, but should not be soaked or left in standing water.
Drying
Gently blot excess moisture with a clean towel. Lay flat and allow to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry or apply direct heat.
